Live streaming is also an option for those guests that are unable to attend the event or may be feeling unwell.  All live feeds can be moderated onsite and professionally edited to provide the viewer the highest quality of live coverage. So as you can see there is a lot to think about and a lot to take seriously.

Visions in style are dedicated to the prevention and spread of the Covid -19 virus and have designed a strict Covid -19 safety plan for our venues that will create the safest environments possible.

Firstly, To fall in line with the Australian government health regulations and guide lines we support Covid-19 vaccinations and will only allow patrons that have been fully vaccinated to enter our venues.

For pure peace of mind we have created a rapid Civid-19 test for staff and guest prior to accessing the venue.

This process will take 20 mins and be administered by a health care professional.

We work with you to stagger guest arrival and create a comfortable and professional testing environment for your guests prior to entering the venue.

The cost of the rapid tests are now incorporated into the venue hire and the overall outcome is having the comfort of all guests knowing that they are engaging within the safest environment possible.

We have incorporated hand held temperature testing and QR codes at the entrance to the venue which will assist in detecting unwell guests and keep digital records for contact tracing and in the event that any guests are showing signs or are suffering a high temperature or fever. If Covid -19 is detected, the persons will be immediately isolated and a specific Covid ambulance will be arranged to collect them and take further measures.

All staff and service staff all wear masks and can greet the guests with sanitised warm hand towels on arrival at an additional fee of $5 + GST each.

Our custom Hand sanitising stations can also be placed throughout the venue at an additional fee of $150 + GST each.

We fully Sanitise our venue including all furniture and decor, bars and food stations, bathrooms, door handles and kitchen before each event and conduct a thorough clean following the event.

While working at other venues we sanitise all our equipment once its set up within the venue and again before we start packing up at the end of the event.

An in-house cleaner can be provided for all our internal or external events, who will constantly wipe down all surfaces, door handles, toilets and high touchable surfaces throughout the event to maintain the highest hygienic measures possible at an additional fee of $350 + GST for each cleaner based on a 4hr call.

We always encourage social distancing and make all efforts to design the event space within the venue to spread the guests evenly throughout the venue and we also restrict large group activities like dancing and crowding around the bar/food stations.

We suggest having enough seating within the event space for all guests so in the event that restrictions dictate that everyone needs to be seated to drink this is achievable ( additional furniture and seating can be ordered from us to facilitate the number of guests expected).

We use floor stickers to social distance guests while waiting to access the Whisky bar and in the event of the guests having to sit, we have created a mobile solution where we move from table to table with our whisky trollies or we call table by table up to be served individually as to limit the amount of guests lining for service.

All third parties suppliers, entertainers and security are required to sanitise all equipment and persons as well as attend an onsite induction for health and safety protocols when arriving to the venues.

Most importantly, If you feel unwell or sick, Stay home and get tested.

We always carry a covid cleaning kit on all jobs with disinfectant spray, masks, gloves, sanitising wipes, temperature testing gun, tissues and incident report documentation.

Additional floor stickers and social distancing and self hygiene signage can be arranged for an additional fee.
