Terms and Conditions

1. By purchasing the ticket you agree with the Terms and Conditions. To participate in the event, you must complete your registration by providing certain information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy on this page below for information relating to our collection, storage and use of the details you provide on registration.

2. In these terms and conditions, “we”, “us” and “our” refers to Organiser, which organizing the Event. Your access to and use of all Event’s information including purchase of our services is provided subject to the following terms and conditions.

3. You must be 18 years or older to participate in the Event. It is an offense to sell alcohol to minors and it is a punishable offense for a minor to purchase alcohol. Any minors attempting to join the Event and found to have falsely claimed to be 18 or over will be reported to the Police.

4. Liquor licensing laws state any intoxicated person must be removed from the Event. Whisky is a relatively high-alcohol drink and intoxication can happen if consumption is not self-monitored.

5. By purchasing the ticket, you agree to pay for our services as set out on our website.

6. By agreeing the Terms and Conditions, you agree to receive email correspondence from us. It is your responsibility to ensure that our email address events@visionsinstyle.com is whitelisted in your email program in order to ensure that you receive our emails and to ensure deliverability. (An email whitelist is a list of contacts that the user deems are acceptable to receive email from and should not be sent to the trash folder.) Organiser does not accept responsibility for non-delivery of emails.

7. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD), are inclusive of GST, unless otherwise indicated.

8. You will receive your ticket trough your email from events@visionsinstyle.com upon successfully processing the reservation and payment processes.

9. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address provided to us at registration is correct in order for you to receive the ticket.

10. Successful cards payment will receive a tax invoice via email and declined cards will be notified via email.

11. You are permitted to use the information on this website for your personal use only. Your use of our content in any other way infringes our intellectual property rights.

12. Photos from the event and comments or feedback, which you provide to us through social media pages or any another way (“Comments”) becomes our property. In the future we keep the right to use photos from the Event or your Comments in promoting our website or in any other way for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without compensation to you or to any other person who has transmitted your Comments. If you provide us with Comments, you acknowledge that you are responsible for the content of such material including its legality, originality and copyright.

13. We take all due care in providing our services.

14. We accept no liability for any loss whatsoever including consequential loss suffered by you arising from services we have supplied.

15. Waiver and indemnity

All entrants must read the below waiver and indemnity in detail. By taking part in this event, you agree to accept the terms totally and without question.

I hereby release and forever discharge each of the organisers, its officers, employees, participants, volunteers, servants, agents, contractors, public bodies, landholders and sponsors, from any and all claims, suits, demands, expenses, costs, actions and proceedings of any nature whatsoever, which I, my executors or administrators or any other person has or might assert against any of them arising from, in relation to, incidental to or by virtue of any injury, loss or damage suffered or sustained by me in connection with my participation in any Visions In Style event (hereafter referred to as the Event) or at any time when I am near the Event.

I hereby indemnify and hold harmless, and shall keep indemnified and held harmless, each of the organizer, its officers, employees, participants, volunteers, servants, agents, contractors, public bodies, landholders and sponsors from and against all claims, suits, demands, expenses, costs, actions and proceedings of any nature whatsoever arising from, in relation to or by virtue of:
(a) Any injury, loss or damage sustained by me
(b) Any injury, loss or damage suffered by any other person as a result of any act, omission, neglect or default on my part, in connection with my participation in the Event or at any time I am near the Event.

16. If a cancellation of the event occurs due to circumstances beyond our control you will receive a refund 20 % less then then the ticket price for costs associated with the staging of the event.

1) This Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices for the Event and various related services. Organiser is committed to protecting your privacy. In a nutshell our privacy policy states that we will never rent, sell or lease your information to anyone else. Organiser reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time.

2) In order to better provide you with our numerous services, we collect information about our users: Personally Identifiable Information. Our primary goal in collecting information from you is to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience.

3) Personally identifiable Information: This refers to information that lets us know the specifics of who you are. When you engage in certain activities on the Site, such as registering for a membership, ordering a product or service, submitting content and/or posting content in discussion forums or other public areas, entering a contest or sweepstakes, filling out a survey, or sending us feedback, we may ask you to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an registration form. It is completely optional for you to elect to engage in these activities, however, we will ask that you provide us personal information such as your first and last name, mailing address, e-mail address and telephone number. When buying the ticket, you will be asked to provide a credit card number.

4) Personal information that you provide that is not Personally Identifiable Information also resides on a secure server and is only accessible via password. Since this information is not accessible from outside our company you will not be asked to select a password in order to view or modify such information.

5) In order to most efficiently serve you, established third party banking, processing agents and distribution institutions handle credit card transactions and order fulfillment. They receive the information needed to verify and authorize your card or other payment information and to process and ship your order.

6) Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your Personally Identifiable Information, you acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitation of the Internet which are beyond our control; (b) the security, integrity and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through the Site cannot be guaranteed; and (c) any such information and data may be illegally viewed or tampered with in transit by a third party.
